IDBI Trusteeship Services has offloaded 1.13 crore shares of Religare Enterprises at Rs 58.51 per share on the BSE on December 14, 2017. However, India Horizon Fund has bought 71.50 lakh shares of the company at Rs 58.50 per share, while Bay Capital Advisors has bought 21.25 lakh shares of the company at Rs 58.50 per share on the BSE.
