BlueBlood Ventures has signed an agreement to acquire 99.99% stake in Fullerton Securities and Wealth Advisors, a subsidiary of the Angelica Investments. The acquisition would result in benefit of operational synergies and company will be able to attain higher growth. The cost of acquisition is Rs 22.59 crore. The acquisition will be completed by January 31, 2018.
