Pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, JM Financial has informed about the Allotment Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on 18 December, 2017, has allotted 216,743 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each. Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 797,587,750 representing 797,587,750 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each.
