Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharti Airtel has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on December 19, 2017, has approved Composite scheme of arrangement between Tata Teleservices(Transferor Company), Bharti Airtel (Transferee Company 1) and Bharti Hexacom (Transferee Company 2) and their respective shareholders and creditors, under sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme 1); and also approved Scheme of arrangement between Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) (Transferor Company) and Bharti Airtel(Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors, under sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme 2).
