Nestle India has reported unaudited results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011.
The company’s profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 has increased by 9.75% at Rs 213.83 crore as compared to Rs 194.83 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. Its total income has grown by 19.92% at Rs 1771.03 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1476.83 crore for the same quarter last year.
Nestle has its presence in India for around nine decades, making it one of the oldest company in India. Nestle has created brands like Nestle Milkmaid, Nestle Everyday, Maggi Noodles, Maggi Soups, Polo, Kit Kat, Nescafe & many more.
