Zee Learn moves up on plan to set up 150 Mount Litera schools

Zee Learn is currently trading at Rs. 23.05, up by 0.05 points or 0.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 23.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 23.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 23.20 and Rs. 22.70 respectively. So far 36355 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 24.50 on 07-Jun-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 11.80 on 30-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 24.45 and Rs. 22.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 605.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.19 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.40 % and 14.40 % respectively.

Zee Learn, the educational arm of Essel Group, is likely to set up 150 Mount Litera schools in the next two years. It currently has 100 such schools across the country. The company plans to introduce the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum thereby making it an international school.
