Albert David’s board has decided in favour of closure of the company’s Unit at Mandideep located at New Industrial Area No. 2, Mandideep, Raisen District in state of Madhya Pradesh, with effect from January 1, 2018 with proper service of notice to appropriate authorities and compliance of requisite formalities. The entire workers affected by the closure have been compensated in terms of exigencies of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 along with requisite statutory dues. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on December 26, 2017 has decided for the same.
