Parenteral Drugs (India) has informed that pursuant to section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended, the Company has completed the physical and electronic dispatch of the postal ballot notice along with Postal Ballot form on 27th December, 2017 to all the members whose name was appearing in the Register of Member/List of Beneficial owner as on the cut-off date i.e. 22nd December, 2017. Also, the company attached herewith the postal ballot notice and postal ballot form sent to shareholders of the company for the information of the exchange and members thereof.
