Zee Entertainment Enterprises has informed that as per Company’s Insider Trading Code, in connection with Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 of 2017-18, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors / Key Managerial Personnel / Designated Employees of the Company from January 1, 2018 and the same shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2017. Accordingly all Directors/ Key Managerial Personnel / Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
