Physical rubber prices turns feeble on Friday

Physical rubber prices dropped on Friday, due to defiance from buyers following the decline in domestic and international futures

Spot prices for RSS- 4 variety closed at Rs.186.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs. 187/ kg, while the RSS- 5 variety closed at Rs.182/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs.182.50/ kg.

In the futures market, the contract of RSS- 4 for July delivery declined to Rs. 185.15 compared to its previous close of Rs. 187.50, while contract of August delivery closed at Rs. 182.86 compared to its previous closing of Rs.185.82 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
