HCL Technologies, GAIC terminates joint venture agreement

HCL Technologies has terminated Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Great American Insurance Company (GAIC). The JVA between HCL and GAIC has been terminated on mutual understanding to reduce financial / operational overheads. The JVA has been terminated on January 4, 2018.

Earlier in September 2011, HCL Technologies had entered into a JVA with GAIC, company incorporated and registered in Ohio, USA for formation of an entity in India - HCL Eagle, a company incorporated in India for providing technological support services to GAIC and its subsidiaries.
