Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 10th January 2018 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2017.
