DEN Networks inks agreement with VBS

DEN Networks has entered into an agreement with VBS Digital Distribution Network (VBS) for acquiring majority stake. The company will acquire 51% stake in VBS for consideration of Rs 2.64 crore.

VBS is carrying on business of distribution of cable business in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This step will further strengthen the network of the company in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

DEN Networks is India’s leading MSO engaged in the business of Cable TV, Broadband and OTT (Over-the-Top) content.
