JSW Steel has reported crude steel production of 4.11 MT in Q3FY18, a growth of 7% compared to 3.86 MT over the corresponding period in 2017.
The production of rolled products (flat) decreased to 2.82 million tonnes (MT) compared to 2.83 MT in Q3FY17, representing a fall of 1%. The production of rolled products (long) during Q3FY18 stood at 0.88 MT, a rise of 18%, as compared to 0.74 MT in Q3FY17.
JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
