Idea Cellular has received National Company Law Tribunal’s (NCLT) approval for the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement among Vodafone Mobile Services, Vodafone India, the company and their respective shareholders and creditors, on January 11, 2018.

Idea Cellular is an AV Birla group company and provides Global System for Mobile communications (GSM)-based wireless service at the pan-India level.
