Krypton Industries has proposed to do a Joint Venture (JV) to manufacture footwear & footwear components, with Modernzege Leather Products PLC, an Ethopian Company situated at Addis Ababa Ethiopia is engaged in manufacturing, sale and distribution of Leather products in Ethiopia and outside Ethiopia. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 12, 2018 has taken the note of it.
Further, the company proposed to form a private company for the purpose of manufacturing, marketing, distributing and exporting footwear and related products. The expected initial investment will be of around $160,000 or around Rs 1 crore.
Krypton Industries is an India-based company, which is engaged in tire and hospital/disabled support equipment business.
