Strides Arcolab has informed that the company has allotted 31,200 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each on conversion of employee stock options under Strides Arcolab ESOP Scheme.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 586,652,710 consisting of 58,665,271 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 586,964,710 consisting of 58,696,471 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
