SRG Securities Finance has received an approval to issue and offer Equity Shares up to an amount not exceeding Rs 3.75 crore (including premium thereon), on private placement/preferential basis to promoter and non- promoter investors, on such terms & conditions, in such manner and at such price, as may be decided by the Board. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 18, 2018, approved the same.
