Mercator has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in India under the name and style of ‘Mercator Ocean Transport’ on January 18, 2018. The objective to incorporate the wholly owned subsidiary is in furtherance of business restructuring plans of the company to focus on shipping business and allied activities through subsidiary.
