Further to the letter dated December 15, 2017, JM Financial has informed that the order of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench dated December 14, 2017 sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation between JM Financial Institutional Securities and JM Financial Investment Managers with JM Financial and their respective shareholders has been filed with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on January 18, 2018 upon which the said Scheme shall become effective from that date.
