Physical Rubber prices witness weakness on Friday

Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Friday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to Rs 127.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 128/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety fell to Rs 123/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 124/ kg.

In the futures market, February delivery weakened to Rs 128.12 compared to its previous closing of Rs 128.55, while March delivery closed at Rs 129.94 compared to its previous close of Rs 130.15 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
