Income Tax (IT) Department has conducted search/ Survey on the premises of Apex Frozen Foods and on KMP's on January 18 and 20, 2018 under section 132 / 133A of the Income Tax Act.
The company and Management extended cooperation to the Income Tax Authorities, further to submit that there is no information discovered which would have a significant impact on the conduct of business of the company.
Apex Frozen Foods is the integrated producer and exporter of shelf stable quality aquaculture products. It supplies ready-to-cook products to a diversified customer base consisting of food companies, retail chains, restaurants, club stores and distributors.
