Octaware signs MoU with Golubica Parking to form JV company

Octaware Technologies has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Golubica Parking d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia, (Golubica Parking) for incorporating a partnership business relation for setting up a Joint Venture (JV) company in the Europe. The stake of each party will be 50% in the Joint Venture. The MoU shall remain valid and in force for a period of Five years.

This partnership will help augment and expand business for various products and solutions of the company like PowerERM, iOnAsset, Hospice, cloudERP, Real Win etc.
