Premier Explosives has informed that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 10th of February, 2018 to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2017. Further, in this connection and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, from 2nd February, 2018 to 12th February, 2018, for all Directors and designated employees.
