Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dabur India has informed that Mohit Malhotra, who is currently Chief Executive Officer of Dabur International Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Dabur India Limited) has been appointed, with efecctive from 1st April, 2018, as Chief Executive Officer - India Business of Dabur India, at one level below the Board of Director Mohit Malhotra, 48 Years, has done Master of Business Administration from Pune University. He has an experience of 23 years in Dabur group in various capacities. Further, Krishan Kumar Chutani, who is presently Executive Director of Consumer Care Business in Dabur India shall move to Dabur International Limited as its Chief Executive Officer, with efecctive from 1st April, 2018.
