Further, pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions and under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from February 03, 2018 to February 12, 2018.
