With reference to the earlier letter dated November 24, 2017 regarding the Company had fixed November 27, 2017 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interest & Redemption of NCD, IFMR Capital Finance has now informed that the total principal value of NCDs (ISIN-INE850M07079) is Rs 150 crores, out of which the Company had partly redeemed Rs 100 crores on November 27, 2017 and balance Rs 50 crores will be redeemed March 13, 2018.
