Aurionpro Solutions’ subsidiary - Cyberinc has successfully completed the sale of IAM business as on January 31, 2018 and agreed consideration has been received.
Earlier, Cyberinc had entered into a definitive agreement with KPMG LLP, USA, for sale of its IAM business. Cyberinc’s IAM business is the largest independent IAM technology provider in the world.
