Norris Medicines has informed that as per company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the Security and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017 on declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for all the designated persons (Including Promotes and Directors) of the Company from Friday, 2nd February, 2018 till 48 hours of working days after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Result of the Company to the Stock Exchanges i.e. till 13th February, 2018. The Trading Window shall re-open with effect from 14th February, 2018.
