AVK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi as statutory auditors of the company, to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of the existing statutory auditors and also approved the notice for taking the consent of members for the appointment of statutory auditors by passing the resolution through postal ballot process.
