Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Opening of trading session on 5th February, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on 10th February, 2018.
