Avenue Supermarts has completed acquisition of 43,550,363 equity shares of Rs 10 each, fully paid-up, of Avenue E-Commerce at a price of Rs 11.30 per equity share aggregating to Rs 49.21 crore on February 2, 2018. Pursuant to this, Avenue E-Commerce becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
