JM Financial has raised Rs 650 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to global and domestic investors, which was oversubscribed by over three times. The issue launched on January 30 closed on February 2, was priced at Rs 162 a share, which has a face value of Re 1.

JM Financial is an integrated financial services group offering a wide range of capital market services to its corporate and individual clients.
