Oil Country Tubular has received an approval for sale/lease of the asset (Processing Plant-2) sparingly used, the proceeds of which will augment the working capital requirement and will also reduce finance cost. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting approved the same.
The Board noted that this arrangement will not affect Operations of the company .
