Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2017.

The company has reported a rise of 22.60% in its net profit at Rs 1,949.69 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 1,590.31 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 13.83% at Rs 63,550.47 crore for Q3FY18 as compared Rs 55,828.52 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) is an Indian state-owned oil and natural gas company with its headquarters at Mumbai, Maharashtra. It has about 25% marketing share in India among PSUs and a strong marketing infrastructure.
