8K Miles Software Services has received an approval for sale of shares held as investment by the company in the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Mentor Minds Solutions and Services (India) as there were no commercial transactions since FY 2015-16. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 14, 2018, approved the same.

8K Miles Software Services is a global Cloud & Security solutions company. It provides digital technology solutions - SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud) for seamless connectivity between consumers, SMBs, enterprises etc.
