Technocraft Industries (India) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Maharashtra (GoM) for investing up to Rs 183.32 crore in textile manufacturing unit at Amravati.
As per the MoU, the GoM shall offer the benefits in terms of refund of GST; Electricity Duty exemption for a period of 7 Years from the date of commencement of commercial production and 100% exemption from payment of stamp duty in accordance with Government Notification.
Technocraft Industries (India) is engaged in the manufacturing of drum closures, tubes and scaffoldings, knitted and crocheted cotton fabrics, textile garments, and preparation and spinning of cotton fiber.
