Cipla has informed that Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 16th February, 2018 allotted 1,03,953 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the option grantees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 161,01,98,112 comprising of 80,50,99,056 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.
