Ipca Laboratories has informed that ICICI Prudential Mutual Funds under its various schemes hold equity shares of the company. ICICI Prudential Tax Plan and ICICI Prudential Child Care Gift plan has sold 182174 and 177448 equity shares respectively of the company on February 14,2018, As a result the shareholding of the fund has decreased more than 2% as compared to the previous disclosure made on June 20, 2017 for 7.40%. The disclosure in this regard as required under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
