Tube Investments of India has informed that June 28, 2012 the company has allotted 22,177 equity shares of Rs. 2 each at an exercise price of Rs. 56.80 per share upon the exercise of stock options by the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007.
Further, with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,63,40,580 to 18,63,62,757 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 37,26,81,160 to Rs. 37,27,25,514.
