Further, pursuant to Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in HUDCO Equity Share/Securities, the Trading Window, for Designated Employees, shall be closed during the period: from Tuesday the 20th February, 2018 to Friday the 2nd March, 2018 for trading in HUDCO Equity Shares/Securities.
