According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 2944.02 crore in index futures and options segments on Friday, June 29, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1568.34 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1375.68 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 841.37 crore while they bought stock options worth Rs 57.43 crore.
