In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, the dispatch of the Letter of Offer (along with the Form of Acceptance-cum-Acknowledgement) for the Buyback to the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date (Friday, February 9, 2018) shall be completed on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.
