FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per February 28 data: NSDL

28 Feb 2018 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4407.31 crore against gross selling of Rs 5282.16 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 874.85 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1727.66 crore with gross sales of Rs 2324.91 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 597.25 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 0.14 crore against no gross selling. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 0.14 crore in hybrid segment.
