Excel Crop Care has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 28th February, 2018 has approved appointment of Kiyoshi Takayama as the Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2018, subject to the approval of the Members. Kiyoshi Takayama is an employee of Sumitomo Chemical Company, Japan, Company’s holding company, who have seconded his services to the Company. Currently he is working with the Company as Senior Vice President - Corporate Planning and Co-ordination Office, since 7th November, 2016.
