Uniinfo Telecom Services is coming out with an initial public offering (IPO) of 36,38,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a fixed price of Rs 55 per equity share. The issue will open on March 5, 2018 and will close on March 7, 2018. The shares will be listed on NSE’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) platform Emerge.
The objects of the Offer are to meet working capital requirement of the company, repayment of debts, general corporate purposes and to meet the issue expenses. Systematix Corporate Services is the sole book running lead manager to the issue.
Uniinfo Telecom Services is telecom support services company providing services to the telecom operators and OEMs. They provide services for Network Survey and Planning, Installation and Commissioning, Network Testing and Optimization, In Building Solutions and WiFi and Managed Services for network maintenance.
