GSFC has informed that the company has successfully commissioned its Caprolactam Quality Improvement Project on 28th February 2018. This project is for improvement in quality of extract Caprolactam made at Caprolactam-I Plant of GSFC and shall produce international grade Caprolactam with better quality. The plant started producing International grade Caprolactam from the very first day of its commissioning underlining GSFCs operational capabilities. At full load capacity of this plant, GSFC can additionally produce at the rate of 1000 MT of Caprolactam from Caprolactam extract and can produce at the rate of 3500 MT of additional Ammonium Sulphate per annum as byproduct. With the commissioning of this project GSFC expects improvement in its bottomline by approximately 15 Crores per annum.
