Biocon has informed that Rajiv Balakrishnan (F6326) will cease to hold office as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective March 2, 2018. The Company has also informed that Akhilesh Nand, Vice-President, Legal (A13669) will assume additional role as interim Chief Compliance officer of the Company with effect from March 3, 2018 in place of Rajiv Balakrishnan pursuant to regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will identify and recommend to the Board, a new Company Secretary for appointment.
