Ramco Industries has entered into an agreement with The Ramco Cements for sale of Clinker Grinding Unit situated at Kharagpur, West Bengal. The revenue contribution of the said unit was Rs 30.47 crore (4% of total revenue of Ramco Industries). The company will receive cash consideration of Rs 17 crore as part of the deal.
Ramco Industries is an India-based company, which manufactures Fiber Cement (FC) sheets and Calcium Silicate Boards (CSBs). The company’s segments are building products, textile and power generation from wind mills.
