In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Jubilant FoodWorks has informed that the company has entered into a share subscription and shareholders agreement for a joint venture with Golden Harvest QSR (Golden Harvest), which is a part of Golden Harvest Group of Bangladesh, for operating Dominos Pizza restaurants in Bangladesh. The Agreement was signed between the parties on March 6, 2018.
